Order Processing

Please allow 1 to 3 business days for order processing before your order ships. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Most orders are delivered within 5 to 12 business days after shipment, but delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Please note that delays may occur due to high order volume, carrier issues, weather, customs, or other factors outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method, unless otherwise stated on the website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after the label is created.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Brevo Goods Co is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible at brevogoodsco@gmail.com. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been submitted or shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Brevo Goods Co is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed off to the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, or household members first.

Damaged Packages
